    It's nice to keep the ingredients fresh, but considering all the waste that is produced make me reconsider this approach. Great video nonetheless

    How long will this extend the food shelf life for meats, how long can I safely vacuum seal and leave it in the fridge or freezer?
    What's the deal with botulism, doesn't this thrive in an anaerobic environment like a vacuum sealed bag?
    Thanks for your awesome videos, they're very useful for sous vide newbies like me
