Hi Lozza, I finally did the food prep (WOW what a chore that was)  but it was rewarding.  The food came out delicious. I just did this pudding last night, can't wait to try it today.

The egg whites may be 'low calorie' and 'filling' but have you ever thought about what the chicken went through for you to be 'full'. Please consider being vegan!

I am allergic to almonds. Do you think the strawberry chia seed pots would be just as good with coconut milk?

I never saw that color chia…yours look almost like sesame seeds. Mine looks more like poppy seeds.  Thank you for this wonderful video! 😀 Yum!

PS I love the omelet and the addition of sweet corn. Nice to see someone NOT afraid of corn these days..corn seems to  have become so vilified! 🙁

The jelly could be done in a more tastier and healthier way. Use unflavored and edible jelly powder, add fresh juice instead of water! So easy and delicious !
