    I've heard this list before, but it's nice to hear again. Especially the budget one is great. It helped me a lot. Btw, I am inspired to go for a walk today. I usually just run, but a walk seems lovely.

    Kalyn, this is the video I found one day after missing work from a panic attack and sinking into a deep depression and searching “how to change my life”. I’m always going to be so glad that I clicked on this video because two years later your videos are a source of comfort in the midst of panic attacks, sick days, or even just background noise to my gyst days.     The Habits:
    1. Get up early
    2. Prep your meals
    3. Read 2 chapters every other day
    4. Make yourself a budget
    5. Go for more walks
    6. Have a “gyst” day (get your shit together)
