    I've been working out for the past month doing 400-600 ab crunches daily along with 400 – 500 pushups. I no longer eat unhealthy foods like I did before so just 1 solid meal daily and fruits whenever I'm hungry I drink lots of water right around the clock.

    I'm going to try make my own fruits for snacks like that, but I'm not gonna add the pineapples cause I'll go to the hospital if I eat pineapples. But I can eat others fruits so I'm good
