ive done this same recipe, but i used a approx 20 oz can of whole peeled tomato, and the same ingriedients you used, only differerence is i only used the blender to pulse and chop some of the can inside the blender, then i diced my onions and cilantro and jalepeno separently, and comes out very good, just thought id mention it, but yours looks very good. good video, just thought i mention it for who ever is interested in trying it with a blender.

I've been watching on video after another.. and they all use stink bug cilantro. It's hard to say the word let alone smell or eat that garbage. Can't find anyone who makes salsa like our mexican restaurant. I would rather eat baby diaper poop than cilantro. That smell and taste is jus revolting and makes me want to vomit. How do people eat that stuff let alone smell it?

Good recipe! I remember my mother would always roast the tomatoes a little and use the dried Chile de Arbol (instead of jalapeno) for a spicy touch.

This is my daughter's favorite salsa, so she sent me your link. In the last pic she sent me it looked like she made at least a half gallon. She also says it'll keep for 3 weeks. The salsa I've been making involves heating the onions, garlic and peppers, but it'll only last 10 days max before growing green or white coats of fur. I'll give this one a try. Thanks for sharing it! ๐Ÿ™‚
