Steam cooking the best method to preserve the nutrition in vegetables, especially Broccoli, Carrot should not be boiled. it should be steam cooked to preserve its nutritious value.

Many people don't know that you should add a little butter or olive oil to your veggies in order to help the body to assimilate the nutrients in them. Also add a little salt and pepper to taste to make them totally delicious! God Bless πŸ’•

Too damn "crisp" for my liking. I prefer my veggies cooked until soft, especially broccoli. Add a little olive oil & garlic and they're delicious. I'm sick of people telling me that veggies have to be crisp.
