    Steel cut oats with 4 times a week, other days Ezekiel toast, Organic no sugar peanut butter and banana other days ……BMI 22.5 52 y/o male

    I usually put some chocolate pb2 thinned out to drizzle over the oats and a dollop of natural peanut butter in the middle. Sometimes with bananas too.

    Thank you so much for the recipe given above. I enjoyed watching the video because i've been eating oats for 2 months now, and thanks GOD right after i watched the video, it made me realized that i need to buy more oats from the market. It is the way to lose weight without having excessive exercise. Thank you bright side!!!

    My favourite oat put two egg white & corn /banana sometimes i put pumpkin also so yummy.now dinner eat oat & sweet potato & watching bright side.๐Ÿ˜†

    Oats maybe fine for skin, but the milk that you add has an exactly opposite effect causing breakouts and acnes.

    I've noticed since I've been eating it for breakfast everyday I hardly get pimples, my skin is always moisturized and feels good. I've also gained muscle from it and healthy weight. It is honestly the perfect breakfast.

    I found 2 small piece of small plastic in Quark Oats . Size is same as oats… Am i the only one who found plastic?? I should eat Quark oats or any other brand?? Suggest me guy's….
