    Guys! this shit really works cause I had done this for two weeks during summer break and it gave me defined slight abs. I stopped it once I got back in school since the workload was a pain in the ass. Now I got the inspiration to do this again and I'm gonna start it again from today. I'm not promising anything but I'll try to keep you guys updated.
    Day 1: It was…FANTASTIC. The pain is there but it makes me feel good because I know that its nothing but the best feeling of my abs forming. That twist plank was painful though…barely got through it.

    So i know some of u guys really want to see if this work or not before trying it out so i'll do an update.maybe not daily but once every two days or so.

    Current waist measurement:67cm
    My stomach is slightly bloated and im already skinny to begin with.it's just that i don't have any muscle on my stomach.
    Day 1- completed the whole workout. No progress yet 😄

    I did this one day and got cramps for 1 week 😥

    I totally overestimated my fitness😅
    I'm only 12 years old and yet get cramps😑

    these 10 minutes were the hardest 10 minutes
    but it was not as long as my usual yoga session
    so i think that this is very useful when you don't have much time

    the crunche u did is wrong.
    Cause while crunching ur hands should be behind ur ears and ur arms should be open and ur chin should not be like a turtle.

    I started yesterday I’ll try to update daily
    (Sorry for my bad english)

    Day 1: it was fine but harder at the end
    Day 2: i woke up sore and I sweated a lot during the workout it was harder especially the last one
    Day 3: I didn’t workout and sore is fading I didn’t expect it to fade that was fast

    Heya. I’m determined to do this so here we go…
    Just so you know…
    I’m 13 years old, 81 bs and 5’1. My tummy isn’t fat but it doesn’t have abs and it’s not completely flat.

    Day 1 (06/02/19): A little tired but I could handle it. No difference.
    Day 2 (07/02/19) Easier but could handle it
    Day 3 (08/02/19 Took break
    Day 4 (09/02/19) A little more tiring 🥵

    So happy I had the idea to do a guided work out. Having someone, even if it’s just a video, to help me get motivated and tell me what exercises to do was so great

    Okay I'm going to do this and update everyday
    Age : 14
    Height : 150 cm
    Weight : 54
    Day one : was really hard I probably only did 60%

    I've been doing this for 2 weeks and i still can't do the bicycle crunches. I made changes to just lay down on the yoga mat and do bicycle moves. Also that up and down plank are jusy exhausted
