Good inspiration for my upcoming build. I want to use these type of blocks, and have a similar layout.

Conrad, how much would it cost in Blocks/material cost to build that 2,400 S.F.? Serve Southern California? Do you sell the material or do you do the whole job, material and labor?

over windows and doors arent you supposed to do a single span block to put that weight on the walls and not the door or window frame?

this makes no sense…it plainly shows at 2:20, at the end of day one, a complete wall with a door. Then immediately goes to day two, and there is no wall with a door. not accurate. something doesn't add up.

Whats with the ridge down the center of the blocks? I see metal joiners they seem to use? I am used to seeing cinder blocks with cavities in them & the rebar is run through these holes but these blocks look solid, is that the case?

Not exactly a 40 hr house build — that's just the shell. Still have to do roof, interior etc.
