    I love when people go "get enough sleep", like… Hi, I'm over here studying fashion design, sometimes I work, without breaks, for 14-16 hours. On a weekend. Now think about a weekday.
    "Make it a priority", well, some people can't.

    Hi Maddy, love your motivating vids. Like to share a point with you of which you didnot mention. A human-being consists of two parts….. one: physical part and two : the spiritual part,the part you can not see. It is this part that is Not in your list of points. Why???????

    2. Drink plenty of water
    3. Breathe some fresh air
    4. Sweat and move your body
    5. Cook at home
    6. Chew and eat intuitively
    7. Spend quality time with loved ones
    8. Read/Learn something new
