    (If u watches my channel and sees this, it’s just me doing my workout! It’s healthy and for all ages!😋)

    I have done this workout routine for almost the whole semester, but I didn’t really control my diet – now when I do, I have seen so many changes just in a couple of days! It feels like my whole body have changed shape, I wasn’t fat before or anything but I’ve gotten more visible curves etc. I have lost a lot of fat too, so when I put on my yoga pants they was not as tight anymore😊

    I don’t do this for the sake of losing weight, but I do this for losing fat and building muscle mass.

    I am starting today I will try and update after I do the whole thing
    1.i died and I got so sweaty but will not give up
    2. so I did it again it still made me sweat not as much tho but I’m going to see if my weight changed at all right now I lost maybe 3 pounds already 🤗
    3. So I am doing the plank challenge and I have lost weight and I see a change in my stomach so I recommend the plank challenge this also works but I prefer the plank challenge

    day 1: so far I’m dying but it feels like it’s working already lmao

    edit: also to note I have really skinny arms, a fat stomach and average leg size so I’m really stuck 😂

    Just a note: take breaks in between each exercise for 30 seconds. That's basically why most people are saying "I'm dying". It's unhealthy and takes your breath when you do it nonstop.

    I started this like last month and i was 115 pounds now that i tried in finally my perfect weight 95 pounds. For everyone else like me trying to get smaller Try Your Best To Pursue And It Will Happen

    Okay guys I need some help. I have been obese all my life and I’m almost only 13 years
    old. Last school year I gained almost 40 pounds. I need to take matters into my own hands because I’m sick and tired of being self conscious. Please give me some tips on losing weight because im doing this all by myself.

    If this becomes to easy click the three dots at top right of screen and slow video down to .5 playspeed. Increase endurance
